Congratulations to all the boys in Second Form on making their First Holy Communion on Saturday May 6th in Our Lady of Peace Church, Merrion Road. It was clear to see that the boys had been very well prepared by their teacher Mr. Tierney and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all your hard work. I would also like to thank the school choir who provided the beautiful singing under the guidance of Ms. Larkin.

Today, the boys tackled a very hands on exercise in class. They had to estimate how many copies would cover different surface areas in the classroom and then investigate their estimations! Well done boys!

Rugby blitz 4.JPG

First and Second Form took part in our Annual Rugby Blitz on the 25th of March. The boys all played superbly and had a great day!

To celebrate St. Patrick's Day all the boys in the school dressed in green today. Each class also prepared a song and poem as gaeilge.

Marys blitz 2.JPG

Second Form took part in their first ever rugby blitz in St. Mary's College at the weekend. The boys played brilliantly in all of their matches and represented the school very well.

Dance challenge 2.JPG

The Boys recently received a challenge from Operation Transformation. All Schools in Ireland were given the challenge to be active for ten minutes of exercise at 10 am. Ms. Doyle had been teaching dance to all of the boys in PE so she decided to do a whole school dance activity. Well done Boys and a huge thank you to Ms. Doyle for all of her hard work.

The Second Form Boys recently completed their Geography projects. The boys independently researched their country of choice and then put their projects together. Well done boys! Fantastic work!

Recently in Art, the boys designed and completed their very own flags. The flag was intended to represent their personalities and their interests. Can you guess a few things that the boys love?
